A black envelope, a visit from a summer fling, and a mysterious hammering in the old field set off accusations and recriminations at the family gathering for Mary Gillen's 27th birthday.

About the Director: Andrea Humez has directed The Rimers of Eldritch, Arms and the Man, and several smaller shows for Theatre@First, and has appeared onstage in several T@F productions. Other directing credits include: The Importance of Being Earnest (Arlington Friends of the Drama), Spike Heels, The Lion In Winter, Hapgood, and Arcadia (The Occasional Players).

About the Playwright: Christopher Lockheardt has had 24 of his short plays produced more than 150 times by over 70 different theatres in the United States, Canada, Ireland, Hong Kong, and Australia. His work has been included in eight short play anthologies, including the last three volumes of Smith & Kraus’s Best Ten-Minute Plays of the Year.
